Our Mission

Where Advanced Psychiatry Meets Compassionate Care

Portland Mental Health & Psychiatry was established to bring the most effective, evidence-based psychiatric treatments to patients in the greater Portland, Maine area — particularly those who haven't found relief through conventional approaches.

As a spinoff from Bishop Health's specialized mental health service lines, we bring deep expertise in interventional psychiatry — TMS and Spravato therapies — alongside comprehensive outpatient therapy and medication management under one roof.

We believe that struggling with your mental health doesn't mean you're broken — it means you need the right tools and the right team. That's exactly what we provide.
